Refund Policy for Mini JEE Main

At Mini JEE Main Exam, Resonance Institutions (we, our) strive to ensure a live environment with a transparent and fair process for all JEE aspirants (you, your) registering for the examination. This Refund Policy outlines the refund considerations, if any.

1. General Policy

Once you make the registration fee payment for the Mini JEE Main practice exam, the payment is non-refundable and non-transferable under the existing terms. However, refund requests may be considered only in exceptional scenarios.

2. Exceptional Refund Scenarios

Your refund request will be considered only under the circumstances listed below:

Duplicate Payment: If a payment is made twice for the same registration, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.
Transaction Failure: If the amount is debited from your bank account but payment confirmation is not received due to technical issues, the full amount will be refunded after verification.

3. Refund Request Procedure

A refund request must be submitted within 7 working days of the transaction date.
The request must be sent via email to support@minijee.com
The email must include:
- Payment receipt
- Registered mobile number
- Registered email address
The Mini JEE Main accounts team will verify the claim and process the refund upon approval.

4. Refund Timeline

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 to 15 working days. Actual credit time may vary depending on bank and payment gateway policies.

5. No Refund Cases

No refund will be issued under the following circumstances:

You choose not to appear for the Mini JEE Main practice exam.
Incorrect or incomplete information is submitted during registration.
You fail to meet eligibility criteria after successful registration.
