Terms & Conditions for Mini JEE Main Exam

By registering for and participating in the Mini JEE Main Practice Exam, you agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions. These terms govern the relationship between Resonance Institutions (we, our) and JEE aspirants (you, your). Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

  • The Mini JEE Main exam is open to JEE aspirants who are currently in Class 12 and will appear for JEE Main 2026, or who have completed Class 12 in 2024 or 2025.
  • Aspirants must provide accurate personal and academic information during registration.
  • Resonance Institutions reserve the right to cancel registrations that do not meet eligibility criteria.

2. Registration & Payment

  • Registration must be completed through the official website miniJee.com or through authorised partners.
  • Once the registration fee is paid, it is non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Registration may be cancelled if submitted details are found to be false or incomplete.

3. Examination Rules

  • Aspirants must carry a valid admit card and photo ID to the offline examination centre.
  • Any involvement in malpractice, impersonation, or unfair means will result in immediate disqualification.
  • Evaluation is conducted by subject experts, and the decision of the evaluation committee is final and binding.

5. Conduct & Discipline

  • Aspirants must maintain discipline and follow all examination protocols.
  • Any candidate found cheating or disturbing others will be removed from the examination immediately.
  • Misbehaviour towards staff, invigilators, or fellow candidates may result in disqualification.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All Mini JEE Main exam materials, including question papers and logos, are the intellectual property of Resonance Institutions, Hyderabad.
  • Copying, reproducing, or distributing exam content without authorisation is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Resonance Hyderabad is not responsible for technical failures, internet issues, or unforeseen delays affecting exam participation.
  • Liability, if any, is limited to the amount of the registration fee paid.

8. Modifications & Cancellations

  • Resonance Hyderabad reserves the right to modify exam dates, rules, or policies at any time.
  • In case of cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances, actions will be taken as per the applicable cancellation policy.

9. Privacy & Data Usage

Personal and academic data collected during registration will be used solely for exam administration and result processing. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for more details.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
